Just curious to what people are fishing and why. There is something I like about that Cajun Red Lightnin line

Ever since you turned me on to the Cajun Line my casting distance has increased.

For me it depends on the application. For Cranks and Spinnerbaits I really love the Cajun Red line. For jigs, worms, and other finesse applications I like flourocarbon and carolina rig I go with braid. I really do not use mono that often and if I do it is Silver Thread AN-40.

I started using floro this past spring for the first time. According to my logs, my rate of fish catch went up by 3 more fish overall per trip. I also caught larger fish overall. I had to get all of the 10 LB floro off about halfway through and went up to 14, too many dang fly aways(what I call a backlash with floro). no noticable differance as far as fish catching with the 14. Will prob go with the 14 on all but my flipping stick this year will prob use 20 on it. I don't know if it was the line that made a difference but i'm going to stick to it a little while longer.

Ever since you turned me on to the Cajun Line my casting distance has increased. I would just make sure you get the Red Lightnin, they have a few formulations and that seems to be the best, I think the Advantage is good to, but I have heard the Cast formula is not that strong.

I am trying Mossy Green this year because most of the small lakes and ponds I fish tend to have moss in them. I have Trilene Low-Vis Green 14 lb. test on my baitcaster and 10# stren high-impact clear on my spinning reel.

I agree, Vicious is awesome. I can actually afford to buy fluorocarbon now. ;D

Yeah, this was a poll on color, so all Floro would fall under clear. We can do another poll on brands or types of line..... I have had solid luck with Cajun Lightnin' for heavy cover applications, I will have to try the Vicious, won't really get to test it until March though
