AN APPLE A DAY.
Every time a fishing fan bites into an apple, he'll think of Scott Campbell's 2008 boat and vehicle wraps.
That's just the effect the Bassmaster Elite Series pro wants his new wraps to have. The distinctive, colorful display of apples and other fruits on his Triton TR-21 HP and his truck showcases his new sponsor, Western Missouri Fruit Sales of Waverly, Mo.
"It's going to be loud — that's the first thing we thought when we looked at — but I guess that's the point. We're excited about it," said Campbell, who lives in Springfield, Mo.
Western Missouri Fruit Sales is the distributor for Peters Orchards, a grower founded in the 1920s by Campbell's great-grandfather. Peters produces 80 percent of the apples grown in Missouri, Campbell said, as well as peaches.
Although the wrap design shows other fruits distributed nationwide by Western Missouri, apples dominate the design, and most of them are the Jonathan variety, Campbell said.
Also new for Campbell for the 2008 season are Bill Lewis Lures, its sister company, Biosonix, and StayNCharge, a device that charges a boat's batteries through the tow vehicle, allowing an angler to use travel time to maintain a full charge.
Note: Glenn Delong will be running a StayNCharge unit as well!

Quite informative post on the wraps. Couple of months ago, I arranged my company’s event and hired a popular graphic designer who helped us in creating amazing trade show displays. Happy to get such wonderful displays for this event.
