I went out to Percy Priest Saturday morning and fished up the Stones River, east and west forks. My 1st stop produced 2 keepers, 1 3lbs and the other maybe 2lbs, both on a watermelon jig. Fished around and caught a few dinks on jerkbaits and shakey heads. Pulled into a little hole that had some run off water pouring into the river and whacked'em with a shakey head. I had 2 keeper bass around 2lbs each and 9 total out of the hole that was about 2ft deep. 2pm I moved out to in front of spring creek and fished some ledges, humps and stake beds that were in 5ft of water and fell into 20ft rather quickly. The bass moved in and just exploded the water. I caught 1 4lb bass and a 3lb bass on an IMA jerkbait. I caught several on flukes and bomber 200 in parrot color pattern. I would guess my best 5 would have gone 14'sh lbs.
