We have a new Spotted Bass Record here in Tennessee. It was caught Dec. 31, 2008. The bass had to go through DNA testing by the TWRA and it has been officially confirmed to be a true Spot. Here is a link to the article: chattanoogan.com/articles/article_143419.aspGood Job!

In Tennessee I have caught one 4 lbs from Percy Priest and 4.5 from Center Hill. Close but no dice. I was really surprised at which lake this fish came from. I would have thought it would have been caught from Center Hill or Dale Hollow.
My biggest Spot was on Smith Lake in Alabama during last years practive for Regionals BWS. It was nearly 6 lbs. I caught it on a Pop-R in 40 foot of water.
